These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ShopGlowsy, including our website, seller dashboard, marketplace, and the ShopGlowsy Seller mobile applications for iOS and Android (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

ShopGlowsy provides tools for sellers to create storefronts, list products, receive orders, manage earnings, and use optional paid seller plans and AI features. Features available to you depend on your account status and subscription plan.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.
• You must be legally able to operate a business and sell the products you list where you operate.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid seller plans may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions.
• iOS: Subscriptions purchased in the ShopGlowsy Seller iOS app are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Apple ID → Subscriptions. Unused portions of a free trial, if offered, are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Android / web: Subscriptions may be billed through Paystack or other processors shown at checkout, subject to those processors’ terms.
• Prices, plan names, and billing periods are shown in the app or website before you purchase.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Content and storefronts

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant ShopGlowsy a licence to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your listings and storefront content are lawful and accurate.

Payments and payouts

Customer payments and seller payouts are processed through payment partners (such as Paystack). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Payout eligibility, holds, and fees follow the rules shown in your seller wallet and plan.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific sales results, or that AI-generated storefront content will meet every business need without your review.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopGlowsy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or by email.
